The whisky flavours really shine through this Matsunituru Whisky Umeshu with lots of smoke and underlying hints of plum.
Manufactured in Nara prefecture by Yagi Sake Brewers, who focus on producing high-quality Sake using the ancient “Bodaimoto” technique.
The design for this exclusive series is based on traditional Hanafuda (“flower card”) Japanese playing cards. This label features a crane and an evergreen pine that is lush in late autumn and winter. Both the pine and crane symbolise good fortune and longevity in Japan.
