Shio Yuzu combines the citrus yuzu flavour with sea salt to deliver a zesty and fresh drink with hints of lemon and lime.
The Kitajima Shuzo brewery use salt water from the Ito peninsula made with a traditional seawater salt-making method, in which seawater is concentrated using the sun and wind and then boiled down in a kettle.
