Mukashibanishi Setouchi Lemonshu is a unique blend that infuses Setouchi lemons into the Sake - a refreshing combination of sourness, saltiness and sweetness.
Setouchi lemons are generally sweeter than normal lemons thanks to Okayama’s warm climate and sea breeze.
Muromachi Sake Brewery has been brewing high-quality traditional Sake in Okayama since 1688. The Mukashihanashi (“old folk tales”) series they have produced exclusively for Umeshuya blends locally sourced ingredients with their traditional malted rice Sake process.
Drink: on ice, as an aperitif or in cocktails
This lemonshu was excellent! We had it on the rocks and it was super refreshing. Very easy to drink: it was gone in an instant! Recommend it.
