Muromachi Sake Brewery in Okayama is world renowned for producing some of the highest quality Omachi rice variety sake available in the region and is consistently awarded medals for its wonderful sake. They also make a wide variety of fun, loveable and easy drinking styles of fruit liquor using their wonderful sake as a base. The Mukashibanashi(literally old folk story) range is an attempt by the brewery to produce fruit liquors of year after -year for the modern drinker.

The Brewery of three bothers! This brewery located near to Lake Biwa in Shiga is a small family run operation. They make elegant sake which becomes the base of these fruit liquors. These two products in particular are unique and usually only available at the breweries own restaurant called Yokaro! They are made using a special technique of making fresh ginger juice in tiny quantities and adding it to the infusion. At most they make five bottles of the ginger juice which allows them to make no more than 100 bottles of the finished liquors.
