Refund policy

RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase or you are unhappy with your delivery then please contact us via email hello@umeshuya.co.uk within seven working days after the goods are received.

Upon agreement, we would send you the return process and request the items to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, breakages do happen occasionally despite our best efforts. In this instance, please take a photo of the item and contact us via email, we will refund you for the broken items.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect items, please first carefully check your delivery note and the items received. If you are sure the items are incorrect, please contact us via email immediately, so we can send the correct items. Please note we may ask you to return the incorrect items with return postage costs covered by us.

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your purchase, the fastest way to ensure the process is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items. Again, please contact us via email within seven working days in the first instance.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Title is retained with Hishinuma Trading Co Ltd. (T/A Umeshuya London) until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods.
