Mukashibanishi Setouchi Lemonshu is a unique blend that infuses Setouchi lemons into the Sake - a refreshing combination of sourness, saltiness and sweetness.
Setouchi lemons are generally sweeter than normal lemons thanks to Okayama’s warm climate and sea breeze.
Muromachi Sake Brewery has been brewing high-quality traditional Sake in Okayama since 1688. The Mukashihanashi (“old folk tales”) series they have produced exclusively for Umeshuya blends locally sourced ingredients with their traditional malted rice Sake process.
