Torotoro No Umeshu 50ml, ABV 10%
Made by infusing Nishiyoshino plum into Sake and Shochu, this has a creamy texture with added plum paste.
Shio Ume 50ml, ABV 7%
Made by infusing ume plum into Sake with a pinch of sea salt, this plum wine has savoury notes with a hint of mushroom umami on the finish.
Kyoto Umeshu 50ml, ABV 10%
A full-strength plum wine made with premium “Junmai” sake without added alcohol or sugar. Savoury, tart and spicy with pure rice sake with its mellowness shining through.
