Ooiri Nigori Umeshu is an unfiltered umeshu full of rich plum flavours and savoury notes from the underlying Sake. Blended up to 45% with ume plum pulp, the result is a rich, creamy, sour and fragrant plum wine- pure decadence.
Made in Hyogo prefecture by Nishiyama Sake Brewery who blend traditional brewing methods with adventurous new flavours.
Drink: on the rocks, mixed with tonic, pour over ice cream

Great aroma, with a juicy taste. Loved the texture and "mouthfeel".
