Among the highest quality plums, "Nanko Ume" this alcohol-free liqueur is made using only fully ripened plums and has a fruity texture. The secret to the juiciness of the fruit is the addition of peach paste. This peach is also carefully selected using peaches from Wakayama prefecture.

The name ’TSURU UME’ (= crane bird & ume plum) symbolises longevity and good fortune in Japanese traditional culture. The logo is often used as crests as a family crest or in places associated with ceremonial occasions such as weddings or funerals.

In the same series, there is the alcoholic version with an ABV of 10% and has this crest symbol on the bottle design, while this non-alcoholic version has a sweet baby chick bird on its label to symbolise the pair as the 'mum bird & baby bird’.

Drink: on the rocks, top with sparkling water, mix into your mocktail recipes or use it as part of the ingredients for puds.
