Made in Shiga prefecture by Naminooto Sake Brewers located in Ukimido. The Sake brewers take inspiration from the nature that surrounds them, incorporating the spirit of the lake, air and Ukimido’s history into their unique Sake.

We had the premier ginger yuzu. It’s such a brilliant drink to have at the end of the night. Beautifully clean, a little like a grown up limoncello but then this subtle, gentle ginger flavour evolves. Low in alcohol too which is amazing when you get so much flavour and structure in the glass. Loved it!
