Chiebijin “Tea" Umeshu is a unique blend infused with Kitsuki Black Tea from Oita prefecture in Japan. The deep red plum colour has a hint of Darjeeling’s bitterness: a unique mix.
Nakano brewery is based in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture which once prospered as a castle town of the Matsudaira family of the Kitsuki clan. Even today, the atmosphere of the castle town remains.
“Chiebijin” ("bijin" means beauty) was named after the proprietor’s wife, Chie: to be loved for a long time.
