Kyoto Umeshu is a full-strength umeshu plum wine, made with premium “junmai” sake without added alcohol or sugar.
Savoury, spicy with the sake base shining through notes of bitter plums, lemon and lime. This is a very versatile drink, delicious on ice, or at room temperature delivering hints of cooked lime zest.
Made in Kyoto prefecture by Shoutoku Sake Brewery who have been in business for over 300 years, using traditional sake brewing methods.

Crisp with the same notes shining through. Loved the complexity and sharpness in comparison with some of the others I have tried.
