This Sake base liqueur blends refreshing Yuzu citrus into sweet and sour Ume plum in one blend. Thick and creamy consistency gives it almost like a fruit jelly texture, with rich and fragrant after-taste.
Made in Hyogo prefecture by Nishiyama Sake Brewery who blend traditional brewing methods with adventurous new flavours.
Drink: with crushed ice or mixed with tonic
