With the full punch of ginger running through the kabosu citrus fruit juice, Naminooto Sake Brewer’s Premium Ginger Kabosu delivers delicious ginger beer-like flavours.
Previously only available at Naminooto Sake Brewery’s on-site restaurant Kuramoto Ryotei, open only a few months every year in Shiga prefecture. The sake brewers take inspiration from the nature that surrounds them, incorporating the spirit of the lake, air and Ukimido’s history into their unique sake.
