Lots of ginger on the nose, bread yeast and ginger beer on the palate; this is like Old Jamaica ginger beer with alcohol. This has an amazingly complex palate with plenty of depth and a long finish. On the rocks this becomes loveably drinkable and utterly unique. There isn’t anything quite like it. Superb on its own, but equally lovely in a twist on a gin and tonic!
This is the best sake I’ve ever had. The taste and the smoothness is indescribable. It’s the right amount of ginger, very flavoursome but yet not overpowering. I drink it straight on the rocks but looking forward to using it in G&T cocktail. One bottle is not enough!
The ginger is so flavoursome yet not overpowering. Perfect for cocktails but I’m quite enjoying just having it on the rocks. One bottle is definitely not enough, make sure you buy more to save yourself disappointment!
