With the full punch of ginger running through the kabosu citrus fruit juice, Naminooto Sake Brewer’s Premium Ginger Kabosu delivers delicious ginger beer-like flavours.
Previously only available at Naminooto Sake Brewery’s on-site restaurant Kuramoto Ryotei, open only a few months every year in Shiga prefecture. The sake brewers take inspiration from the nature that surrounds them, incorporating the spirit of the lake, air and Ukimido’s history into their unique sake.
Drink: straight, on ice or as G&T-style tonic cocktail
This is the best sake I’ve ever had. The taste and the smoothness is indescribable. It’s the right amount of ginger, very flavoursome but yet not overpowering. I drink it straight on the rocks but looking forward to using it in G&T cocktail. One bottle is not enough!
The ginger is so flavoursome yet not overpowering. Perfect for cocktails but I’m quite enjoying just having it on the rocks. One bottle is definitely not enough, make sure you buy more to save yourself disappointment!
