Made by Kawachi Wine, located an hour’s drive from Osaka. With a passion for wine, umeshu and brandy that goes back four generations, Kawachi Wine cultivate fresh grapes and brew their own wine.

The brandy-infused plum wine is fresh and light, but has a depth of flavor that can only be expressed by a plum wine that has been aged over 20 years.

Daikoku Fuku Ume / ABV: 12%, 150ml

The deep flavor produced by 100% domestic brown sugar, the brandy-based original sake aged for more than 20 years, and the 7-8 year-old matured plum liquor complement each other to create a harmony.

Starting with a fresh and juicy aroma of grapes, the brandy-based plum wine adds depth, and the sweetness of the juice fills the mouth with a refreshing aftertaste.

It has a rich, thick texture with plenty of ume jam and ume pulp added. (The pulpy part is at the bottom of the bottle. Shake well before drinking.)
