Made by infusing lychee and grapefruit into sake made with salt water.
ABV: 7%, 720ml
The nose shows hints of sea breeze and salt with lots of elegance and umami. The palate gives aromas of fermented ripe lychee, and the finish is long with plenty of lychee and salted caramel.
Pour this over vanilla ice cream or have with dried fruit dishes or fruit salad.
