Our best-selling Yuzushu, Shio Yuzu combines the citrus yuzu flavour with added pinch of Japanese sea salt, delivering a zesty and fresh drink with hints of lemon and lime.
The Kitajima Shuzo uses salt water from Izu peninsula made with a traditional seawater salt-making method, in which seawater is concentrated using the sun and wind and then boiled down in a kettle.
Drink: on the rocks, or with meal as a perfect palate cleanser between dishes. Perfect cocktail ingredient.
Have still not received my review
I'm sure the team are lovely, but despite chasing the team, and 3weeks on, I've not received my order. Cannot comment on the quality of the sake as I've not received it yet - a shame as they have a wide selection
If you like Yuzu, you'll LOOOVE this!
Absolutely amazing. So fresh, delicious sharp Yuzu flavour, and so many ways to drink it. I like it on the rocks with 50-50 sparkling water, my wife likes it with a bit of Roku gin. Straight it tasty too, but almost too much. Would definitely buy it again!
