Made by infusing yuzu into sake made with salt water.
ABV: 7%, 720ml
Savoury and crips in the elegant nose which shows hints of lemon and lime, with a touch of milk chocolate. Saline and long on the finish but never overbearing. On the rocks this becomes zesty and fresh with hints of salted caramel. Very pure and precise on the palate with a rich and tangy finish. Beautifully balanced.
